Terrible slumping after three months
I bought this bed a couple of years ago and I’m really disappointed in it. The salesperson assured us this bed would not slump. It started to slump within 3 months, and is now extremely uncomfortable giving both my partner and myself backache every day. We bought a king single for our son at the same time, and his bed feels much different to ours right from delivery. His feels like it did in the store. Ours feels like a different bed than we paid for. I would never buy this brand again. If I could give it zero stars I would. My partner and I both hate this bed.

Don't waste your money! Worst partner disturbance
Don't waste your money!
This bed would be one of the worst I've slept on.
It has the worst partner disturbance I've ever experienced. Every little move wakes me up as it vibrates and moves the bed.
On top of that, it doesn't hold it's shape. My partner and I swapped sides of the bed (within the first 2 weeks) and his has sunken down from weight (and he's a standard 83kgs).
In turn, this hurts my neck and back.
Definitely not worth the price point and no 30 day returns due to "covid" so we are stuck with an overpriced, unfit bed.

Best bed so far
After doing lot of research i have bought this bed about 6 months ago. My wife wanted a Soft bed and i wanted firm feel. So we ended up buying this medium feel. I Used to feel very hot in the bed but this bed solved my issue. Especially during Very hot summer days. This bed has been great to sleep on. i found it very supportive and comfortable. Very happy customer From Harvey Norman.

keeps me cool
I bought this bed in queen size about 2 years ago and absolutely love my bed , best decision I have ever made with great service provided from Salesperson . I have always struggled with finding right bed before I bought this one , have tried 3 beds before this from different brands only to get disappointment . I bought another reign bed for my 13 year old 2 weeks ago. Highly recommend to buy this bed
