no charging from
lights up but does NOT charge on surface book 2
I have a 13.5 inch surface book 2.
Used the recommend Cygnet Flow+ 57W charger with this product.
The magnetic attachment clicks onto the surface, the light glows and then absolutely nothing happens. Does not charge and battery level continues to drop.

Doesn't work with the majority of USB-C chargers, you will have to buy the specific USB-C charger mentioned by Cygnett in the compatibility section.
