Extra space a bonus for book hoarder like me
Really love my kindle, battery life is great and a huge range of books to choose from. Backlight settings and warm light options are great and you can set them to change at different times etc. Also pleased at the extra space available on this model.

Timely upgrade
Upgraded to this model as my 11 year old one was no longer able to access the kindle store on it.
Easy to set up, screen is a good size and easy to read. Touch screen for flipping between pages is responsive and causes no issues. Still waiting to see how the battery lasts but if it’s anything like my old one it will last for weeks.

Absolutely love my new kindle, it’s been one of those buys that I’ve put off for a while now as I still enjoy reading physical books. Like most people mention about making the switch it’s much most cost effective due to kindle books being a lot cheaper to purchase online. Glad I opted for the paper white version as it makes reading at night after putting my baby to sleep a lot more discrete and easy on the eyes rather than having the bedside lamp on. If your thinking about taking the plunge do it, You won’t regret it!

So glad I finally purchased this.
Really happy with this purchase. I've held off from buying an e reader for a long time because I didn't think I'd like reading on a screen, but with dim lighting and the paperwhite background, it doesn't feel like a screen . I love how light it is and that I can get books instantly. I look forward to taking this on upcoming travel.

I love this device! I have recently got back into reading, and this slightly larger screen is great for me. It is easy to use and Amazon has a huge range of free books you can download so you don't just have to buy books. The screen is nice and bright. Would recommend.

Works as expected, with a few minor jank.
Works well enough. Turning pages can be a bit weird sometimes, with it deciding to turn in a random direction, but works most of the time.
The browser is barely adequate for basic browsing.
