Beurer BM 57
I had this for a while and have had many issues with data transfer, I finally gad some success when I was told to only try to transfer with no other bluetooth equipment near by. This did work but with limited success, having to have to restart my mobile, redo the transfer several times reinstall the app, logging on works well, new transfers troublesome. Now my wife has to take BP records to her doctor also and we are spending a lot of time with this product and with little success. Works one day, not the next. They need to improve the Bluetooth transfer, or take it of the market, THIS IS A HEALTH PRODUCT AND PROVIDING INFORMATION TO A DOCTOR IS IMPORTANT, ESPECIALLY NOW WITH THIS VIRUS AND DOCTORS DIAGNOSING MEDICATION FROM DATA SENT.
IF SOMEONE HAS A BETTER PRODUCT, PLEASE LET ME KNOW, I WILL GET ONE STRAIGHT AWAY. I use a CPAP unit, and monitor my health and fitness with a Garmin watch, and they transfer every time, no resetting, reinstalling, why does all other Bluetooth units work so well???

Good product poor back up service
Bought this 2 yrs ago and barely used it, the arm cuff pin that connects to the machine broke. And said I need to buy the whole product! Not happy.

Extremely hard to use.
Unfortunately I had to buy this device online (due to Covid restrictions) so I couldn't check it out in person. It is very difficult to use ( eg clearing previous data) and the instructions are hard to follow. Only about 1 in 3 readings are accurate. The app recordings are then inaccurate.

Poor data Transfer
I bought this Blood Pressure Monitor specifically because it is Bluetooth enabled to allow the readings to be uploaded to an APP supplied by the manufacturer. The monitor itself is easy to use, but the data upload to the APP is questionable.

Easy to use, but .....

I find the instructions confusing, and I am an instructions Queen. They laugh at me in my family because I read everything that comes in the box, and I can even decipher the badly written instructions. How do you use the Bluetooth?! Frustrating. That’s why I chose this particular model.
