What is the thinnest it will slice?

Thanks for your question. The thinnest slice is 1mm while the thickest is up to 15mm. This can be adjusted using the dial at the back and cannot go thinner. Trust this helps! ^CO

How many blades are included with the machine?

Great question Allen! The unit comes with one blade included in the box. Additional blades can be ordered, currently $29.99 (price subject to change), by contacting our Customer Direct team. The lead time on additional blades are approximately 2 weeks. Trust this helps! ^CO

Is there a food pusher attachment for moving the food/meat down toward the blade as the sliding tray is moved forward? Otherwise the user is exposed to the blade on the last slice. None of the pictures show one .

Great question Allen. It's not immediately obvious from the imagery but the handle is on the left side in black. You use a clear plastic blade guard to push the food to the slicer, with this slotting on top of the handle and black portion of the blade guard. Trust this helps clarify! ^CO
