Rated 1 out of 5 by from Legs break and fabric seams fall apart We bought 6 of these chairs and had to have 2 of them replaced within weeks because the stitching came undone on them. Since then another 2 have broken underneath where the screw mounts are welded onto the legs. Not recommended!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Don’t waste your money! I brought these 4 chairs in July for my parents dining room table along with a bench seat. I received a phone call from my mother concerned that 2 of the 4 chairs had fallen to bits. She takes them back to be HN to be told to return all chairs

We aim to dispatch orders within 2 days. Delivery costs are calculated based on your location and the size of your order. Furniture may take up to 8 weeks to deliver as most products are made specifically for your order. Some Customer Direct products are shipped from overseas and may take longer to arrive. Some goods may take longer to deliver if a product is currently not in stock. A staff member will contact you where this occurs.

If you feel your product has failed a Consumer Guarantee (as defined by New Zealand Consumer Law) then don't worry you can easily return it to your local Harvey Norman store. Thank you for your question. The height of the overall chair is 865mm high and from floor to the seat the height is 480mm.
