Furniture may take up to 8 weeks to deliver as most products are made specifically for your order. Some Customer Direct products are shipped from overseas and may take longer to arrive. Some goods may take longer to deliver if a product is currently not in stock. I am interested in the Montecarlo suite and the Domaine corner suite and am trying to make up my mind about which one to go with. It appears to me that the Domaine might be of slightly better quality, is that correct?

Hi Koko. Both suites are from the same supplier and manufacturer. They are both made to the same high quality, so it does boil down to which suite suits your tastes and your living space the best. We suggest popping into store and trying them out. Hope this helps

What colour is the lounge suite in this display? is that the silver? it seems blue.

What is the weight capacity on this? I know firmness can be subjective, is there a metric with varying degrees of firmness you offer?

Hi Nikita. This is one of our softest suites. The seating has a foam base layer with bagged feathers stitched in on the top to give a soft plush feel. We do suggest trying in store to see if the feel is right for you. The suite will also soften up more over time and with the more use it gets. We have a weight limit of approximately 120kgs for this suite. Hope this helps with your query.

Are there other Ottoman options other than the one shown?

Unfortunately we don't have access to the fabric swatches, but you can view the colour swatches in our stores. Our helpful staff will be able to confirm the wait time for you.
