Bought before covid lockdown received at level 3...was hard but well worth the wait.the fabric is awesome and with the option to protect for additional payment its better to be safe as its a loungesuite u really want to last its that yummy. Awesome for a big family and can buy additional seats.

What a great buy! This spacious lounge suite is really comfortable to sit and relax in after a long day. Has recliner seats and this just adds to this great value. Easy to assemble yourself. Wonderful product, highly recommended.

Hopeless, unsafe, poor quality product
I brought this poor product on May but delivery was delayed by a month after the delivery date. The product looks ok at the showroom and we were told that is a great product. After 5 months we have noticed paper pins were dropped on the floor and my kids got hurt with pins. We have seen the back cover was attached to the sofa with paper stapler pins and we were very surprised with the poor quality works. The pins were continuously came out. And also stitches are coming out. Informed to the store in December and they did not care about it and we are still waiting for a proper answer for the issues. This was brought from Wairau Park store and the service is absolutely sub standard. Beware when the sale time they are very good but when there is any issue they are ill-treating customers. BEWARE BEFORE YOU PURCHASE
