Rated 2 out of 5 by from Has issues! I've had my 7 Active's for a few months now and they certainly do have issues. Mainly connectivity issues where they would drop off my bluetooth list and I'd have to re-pair them. Other times the earbuds would be working fine and then the right earbud would just stop working. I would then have to do a factory reset and re-pair them again to my phone to fix the issue. Not what you would expect from a premium set of buds. Also imo the earbud case needs improvement. Its very smooth and slips out of my hands rather easily. Some sort of texture would help and also maybe a bezel or something similar that would help locate and assist in opening the case. In saying that when they are working the sound quality is excellent and they fit my ears really well.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Frequent disconnection detracts all other features Received this pair as a replacement for my old ones, so unsure if I managed to get a refurbished one, but done all the updates, gave it a few months in case it would stop but still seems to drop out from both phone and smart watch, which kind of ruins the vibe when running and working out. I'd much rather a worse quality sound and worse charging etc on a cheaper alternative brand which doesn't have the Bluetooth drop out.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Not very impressive I bought this last month and since then having difficulties in connecting to 2 devices (iphone and laptop). Initially paired with the laptop and used for few days, no issue. I couldn't connect to iphone so unpaired from the laptop to connect to iphone. Now manage to pair with laptop but unable to connect so unable to use with laptop. I even tried unpaired with iphone and connect to the laptop but unable to connect.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Won't be buying jabra again Had the earphones for a month now I can say that I regret buying them. My left ear hurts from wearing them, and yes tried all the different eartip sizes. They lose connection easily, sometimes just the left one loses connection, sometimes just the right one, really annoying. Never had any issues with my previous earbus which I bought in 2019... even the audio quality was better.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Awesome Jabra Earbuds I already have the Elite 75T Active earbuds but these are smaller, even more comfortable, more secure when running, have levels of active noise cancellation and you can use just one earbud if hear through isn’t enough to keep you in touch with your surroundings. They sound fantastic, work seamlessly with my iPhone and the case charges wirelessly. Awesome product.

After getting them replaced, I just couldn't get the buds to work for me. They had all these flash features I had no interest in, and while being able to customise them seemed exciting initially, it ended up with me not being able to install them on my phone properly.

Its not a pleasant experience if you eat or drink anything with them on. Disapointing as I really love my Jabra noise cancelling on-ear headphones and expected a similar experience with these Elite 7s... not the case. They are a different product.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Comfortable earbuds for any activity I have been using these earbuds for a month and am happy with the battery life, comfortable fir and audio quality. However, sometimes when making a call, the other party cannot hear me clearly, saying I sound muffled. Other times, it is okay. The Sound+ App is good and keeps improving. I like the independent earbud battery status and usage.
