Rated 5 out of 5 by from The physical buttons make all the difference I was thinking of getting the Samsung Galaxy Buds Pro 2 but then after reading some reviews about the Jabra Elite 7 Pro, I decided to give it a go. What made all the difference for me was the physical buttons - I've never had any earbuds that had physical buttons, but now I have them in the Jabra's, I wonder why I didn't opt for this in the first place. Often in the gym, something merely touches my old Samsung Buds and my listening is interrupted, whereas with the Jabra, I never have the problem, and I feel more in control because when I want something done, I lightly tap it. Works like a charm - physical buttons, who would've thought! Well done.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Great for phone not for laptop The buds fit fell, feel great and work beautifully with my phone, however for video calls on a Macbook they have an annoying glitch that causes them to mute spontaneously during a call. This can be frustrating especially during a business call in the middle of a discussion. If you unmute, the buds auto mute again within seconds and one has to disconnect them altogether and use the Macbook mic and speakers. At the price, I would have assumed Jabra would sort this out or mention that they are not suitable for laptop pairing. Would have loved to write a good review, but am very disappointed in this glitch.

Reasonably comfortable, but some pressure in ear (physical pressure), particularly when i commute and am wearing a face mask. Terrible in wind. Am wearing a beanie on walks to stop wind and will probably havve to get a headband for summer - Jabra should have something to block wind (a cover for ears, front of ears or something). I have also had ringing in ears for last week or so, not sure of relationship with earbuds, but am going to have to pause use to see if it goes away - haven't had priblems before. Last one is that some podcasts are really soft. Not Jabras fault, but if the tech could help distnhuish between loud and soft podcasts or audio books v louder (normal ones) it would add value

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Good sounds but has issues with connection Good sound quality with very good noise cancelling, but has some connection issues. 1. when connected to both pc and phone the connection cuts out intermittently resulting stuttering sound from pc. 2. when watching podcast on Spotify on my phone (Galaxy fold 3) there is a visible delay perhaps half second or so. For the price I expected better for a wireless earphones the connection has to be solid which isn't. My Sony ones don't do this. This 3rd Jabra product I have purchased probably this will be the last.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Problems with Phone connection I loved the idea of these and the features, music was great, however connection to iPhone 14Pro was random. sometimes it would connect, other times not. Often I could hear the person I called clearly, but they could not hear me - tried re-setting, tried all other options, and yes sometimes they worked perfectly, but other times not, and we just could not seem to work out why. husband now uses them just for music, not phone calls.
