Rated 2 out of 5 by from Great Sound and Poor Quality Took excellent care of them but they didn’t last one year. Earbuds would not charge. Cleaning all contacts and doing a factory reset did not solve the problem. Did a warranty exchange through Customer Care and was very surprised when the replacement earbuds showed up in damaged packaging and the tips/wings felt greasy/dirty…. like they had just come out of someone’s ears. It turns out they choose to honor their warranty with (poorly) refurbished rather than brand new. Very disappointed to say the least. Was a loyal Sennheiser customer but more no more. I’ll spend my hard earned money elsewhere.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Only worked for a year Sound quality was good, could be a small issue with wind noise in gusty conditions. My big issue is that they stopped working after 1 year. I took good care of them as well, only really used them when i was on the train / walking to work.

I've had 2 different pairs of True Wireless 3, and both have had the same issue, the earbuds will stop playing sound after a month or two of use, there's a strange almost reversed whooshing sound, there's no bass and the audio is extremely quiet. I thought I had a lemon at first but now I fear its the whole model. The earbuds have broken individually both times as well. I love Sennheiser, the sound quality (for when they did work) was amazing but its just not worth the hassle of replacing them every two months. If you want to try them out, just make sure to keep your receipt, because you might have the same issue as well.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Poor quality I bought it about half a year ago, the noise cancelling function is not as goos as I expect, especially when there is a sudden and loud noise. What's worse is the left earbud doesn't nork at all now. It's unbelievable that this expensive product has such a poor quality.

Returned using the warranty service and two months later, still waiting for a replacement or repaired buds to be sent back to me

Rated 2 out of 5 by from So close, but so far They could be great, but they are missing simple things that take away from the experience you should get for the money that you spend. They don't disconnect in the case, they misfire on playing and taking calls individually, and sometimes they don't even charge properly. Nothing an update can't fix, but the sound quality is amazing when working properly.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Wonderful Earbuds Sennheiser Momentum True Wireless 3 is the best earbuds in the market so much better than my previous Samsung earbuds. The quality of music is awesome and you can hear all the details in a song clearly. The volume is really high which I like the most. Before when I was listening music in Spotify, my earbuds volume was not loud enough , it's pretty smart and it automatically connects to your phone so you don't need to do it manually. The battery is great as well I use it an hour a day and works for more than a week without needing to charge it. If you are looking for a really good quality earbuds, Sennheiser Momentum True Wireless 3 is a must to buy.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great sound, amazing noise cancelling, bit bulky. The sound is unbeatable and the noice cancelling is also incredible, I take the tube every day in London, put these in and I no longer get a headache from all the noise and screeching. I found that the plastic rings meant to help the fit just made my ears hurt, even the medium ones even though I have large ears. This is a very personal problem though, and I just use the smaller one, this means they are "less" secure, but I never worry about them falling out. I have tried to get them to fall out and haven't succeeded. They also look a bit bulky in my ears, but with drivers that sound this good that's to be expected. Smaller profile and it would be 5 stars.
