Bad experienceI bought these a few months back, and at first they were great, first wireless headphones to not instantly fall out of my ears, comfortable and clear sound. However, for phone calls, most of the people I called stated they could not hear me, so I tested it, and it was like a faint buzzing was coming through no matter what phone I was using them with to call from. I then got them exchanged thinking I just got a faulty pair. I got this replacement pair about 2 weeks ago, and all of a sudden one earbud (alternating) will just randomly cut out. Sometimes I get sound in both ears, sometimes the left, sometimes the right.
I will be taking these back for a refund I think.

Great Sound, Long lasting battery, A++I was given these as a replacement for some more expensive Samsung in ear buds and went with Jabra based on experience with headsets and headphones which I own.
The sound in these ear buds is awesome and the Jabra app on my phone means that I have presets for watching movies on my phone, listening to music or listening to a podcast. The battery seems to last forever and they are so comfortable in my ears (something that I have had problems with using other brands). Overall well done Jabra .. another top class audio product.

Durability is unmatchedNow look I may be your normal style of clumsy. So have my pair been dropped many times from various heights yes. I also lost one and found it again on my driveway days later after a lot of rain and I still worked perfectly. The latest accidental adventure they have been on was a trip through my washing machine and guess what! They still work!
Do I recommend trying any of this, No. But if you are are clumsy as me there may just be the ear bud for you.

Just okThis is the first pair of earbuds I’ve had but I’m a little dissatisfied when I’m walking, I can hear every stamp of my feet. When on a call, I feel like I’m deaf as I can really hear myself speaking, as if my ears are blocked. I’ve have wired EarPods before and they are so different. There’s also a white noise sound when no music is playing. Now that I’ve spent the money on them, I just have to put up with them.

Great value for moneyThese are my first wireless ear buds ever so I don't have anything to compare them with. I was always worried about the fit and how well they would stay in the ear. They fit perfect and don't even budge while I work which involves lots of moving around. Very happy with the sound features and fit for the price! I am buying a second set for my partner 5*

Jabra ear budsGot these over a month ago they are great and the sound quality is outstanding I was surprised and they fit snugly in your ear and the range is good I can put my phone down and walk around the house without worrying about it being disconnected. Excellent product.

Random shut off and randomly not turning onBought about 6 months ago and the last 2 sometimes when using they shut off and I have to put them back in the container and then take them straight back out and sometimes when taking them out of the container the will not turn on they are always fully charged

Poor Audio qualityI am using this buds since last few months but audio quality is too poor while on call. Person on the other side hardly hear it if I am in little noisy area. Quite disappointed as I expect bit better than this from Jabra.
