A wide range of features for a good price.I’ve been enjoying the convenience of these 7 Pros. Battery, sound, ANC, hear-thru and features are excellent. The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is for 3 things: The smallest ear gels don’t fit comfy in my tiny ear holes, the sound of my own voice during phone calls is a bit annoying even at its lowest level via the app, and minor point, the case has no grip marks near the opening, making it a struggle to open quickly in the car. For the ear gels I bought some Spinfit SS gels, but those were more uncomfy, so I’m back to the Jabra small. It would have been awesome if Jabra had an SS size for people like me, but then, the world isn’t perfect yet!

Great ear buds all roundGreat earbuds. Amazing battery, amazing sound quality, amazing ANC (better than my 85t's) good hearthrough.
Only one down side. Battery lasts 8hrs, but the earbuds are not really comfortable, can't wear them for more then 3 hours without discomfort, so much so that I just have to remove the earbuds, could be my ears, how the 85t had a oval shape compared to the elite 7 pro's round earbud shape. But kind of disappointed about the discomfort to my ears while wearing the earbuds. Again, could be just the shape of my ears. And they are amazing earbuds. If they suit your ears, they will be the best thing since sliced bread

Great fit and great sound!I received the Elite 7pro as a warranty replacement for my Jabra Elite 75t which is out of manufacture. The Elite 7 pro's earbuds are slightly smaller than the Elite 75t and was an excellent fit for me. The slightly lighter weight meant that they stayed in my ears great as I use them mainly for gym and runs. Whilst I have read reviews about the Elite 7pro having less bass compared to the 75t, I managed to adjust the sound on the app for increased base and hence I have not noticed the deficiency. Using them for phone calls were clear for both the receiver and I. Easy to connect. Overall, happy with this replacement.

Many improvements but not perfectI've been using them for a month and I love the fact that they can connect to two devices at once. Phone conversations are also great although I haven't tested the buds in noisy environments. I really appreciate that the minimum volume is lower than the Elite Active Sport. Music sounds bright and lacks depth but is generally okay. The most disappointing factor is the how easily the earbuds are knocked loose. They fall out if I change my shirt or jumper. I have also found recently that the charging case is inconsistently compatible with Apple's magsafe QI charger.

Beware of Jabra Elite 7 ProAfter purchasing these earpods on Ebay, they were hopeless for telephone calls because my voice sounded muffled on the receiver's end and consistently broke-up.
The manufacturer would not accept a warranty on them because I had not purchased them from one of their distributors.
What a cop-out!
I have since purchased another set of earbuds at a fraction of the cost of Jabra that have 100% of what I want and with sound quality equivalent.
Note: This fault with telephone calls on Jabra's Elite 7 Pro is not isolated and can be confirmed by checking the internet.

Sounds ok but the software is very buggy!Bought the Elite 7 Pros specifically to use on my phone and computer using Bluetooth Multipoint. The software implementation of this is terrible, with sound effects from my computer interrupting music from my phone, and notifications (not just calls) on my phone doing the same when music playing from my computer.
Jabra support on Reddit just said “the earbuds are not designed to work with a computer”... This is a rubbish response and I have returned the earbuds.
I've previously had a good experience with Jabra earphones, but this experience was terrible

Not good for callsI bought this product few weeks ago. I'm a big fan of Jabra for its call quality. I've Jabra Motion and it's the best product they've ever made. Fully noise cancellation. These headset are good for listening music, but not good for calls at all. While on call, the listener hears evey single thing you do. Even while driving he hears a continuous aud noise even with closed windows. Unlike Jabra Motion, best call quality. No air sounds or surrounding sounds are pass through while on call, and listener hear you clearly.
I'm very disappointed buying it. Already planning to sell it. Waste of money for me.BUT APART FROM CALLS, THE HEADSRT IS GOOD FOR LISTENING MUSIC. YOU USE BOTH THE EARBUD SEPARATELY. Battery lifetime is good. Water resistant.

Almost thereSo far so good, I have had issues with blue tooth dropping out when putting my phone in my pocket, so have to hold my phone which is a pain. The EQ could do with a 7-9+ level vs current as I have hearing issues and would love to compensate for my deaf levels, but not a deal breaker. I think I will try buying different ear buds to try for better fit & comfort, but as they are they work and I'm very happy with this purchase as delivered. ANC is fair and is a direct result if the ear buds material and fit. Love the tech.
