Rated 2 out of 5 by from Good sound quality, poor usability. I bought these earphones in March and have generally been pretty disappointed by their overall performance. Although the sound quality is excellent, surpassing even my old airpods, their general usability is much poorer. Even though they fit reasonable well in my ears, as soon as it rains on a run they keep slipping out so I end up having to just carry them. Additionally, there are big issues with the earphones not always recognising when they are put in the box - one earphone always seems to keep playing and not disconnecting the bluetooth when I put it in the box. Overall quite unhappy with this product thus far.

Easy to pair and was quick to charge. I am impressed with its call clarity and noise cancellation technology.. The best part about the headphones: 1, Call Clarity - The calls on this earphones are crisp and clear and reduces most of the wind noise and other sounds. 2. Noise Cancellation - The adaptive noise cancellation as 3. Secure Fit - They fill very comfy for workout and fit perfectly to your ear without falling off. Perfect for workouts, trekking. The music sounds great and packs a punch.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Earbud not working a month after purchase I received these earbuds as a b’day gift in December and one of my earbuds is already dysfunctional. It will not come on whatsoever! I tried factory resetting (failed), I allowed the battery to deplete and recharge (still didn’t work) and I tried to see if my case was “dirty”….it’s not because I literally just got them. It’s frustrating for my earbuds not to work after a month of use.

The nice case doesn't hold the charge for long, and I can't find anywhere online or on this website that tells you how to use the "Best Fit" on the app and how to fix a "bad seal" message. I expected more from JBL.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Ambient Aware So Good! I bought these a month ago and love them. The Ambient aware feature is the best i've ever used. It allows you to hear everything around you so clearly but it doesn't get in the way of the music you are listening to. They are pretty comfortable I do wish they had these with the ear hooks to hold them in my ears a bit better when running. I use them for workouts at the gym and it stays in better than any other earbuds but every 15 minutes or so I have to give them little adjustments. But compared to my airpods these things are like little pillows in my ears. Earbuds have never really worked for me but these are great.

These fit comfortably in the ear and sound is amazing. Also when in noisy environments the call quality is great. These worked perfect while I was in the shower to test out water and no problems. Easy to connect and can use one or both buds at the same time. The fact that you don’t have to remove the buds to hold a conversation I also a big plus. The controls are easy to get used to. The JBL headphone app is also easy to use. Works great with google. The battery life is another great feature. So far it has lasted around 30hrs without recharge. The sound quality with the bass and treble are great. Overall this is another great product from JBL. I would recommend the REFLECTAERO to anyone.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Great for everyday, not waterproof as advertised. Really sad about these. Sound is great. Fit is great. However, I specifically bought them for the waterproof functionality so I could use them in the pool (I’m not much of a swimmer). I took them swimming in the pool for the first time today. The right bud started acting like a broken hearing aid as soon as it hit the water. Whistling and making odd noises. This continued even once removed from the water. Water activated the touch functions and the Bluetooth looses connection as soon as the bud is immersed. Right bud is now working again but the crisp sound seems to have been lost. NOT “built to function for 30min at depths of up to 1.5m” as advertised. Very very disappointing after spending so much money on them.

Can these headphones be charged wirelessly?

Thanks for your question. Our JBL Reflect Aero TWS doesn't support wireless charging. The earbuds can only be charged by putting them inside the rechargeable charging case which can be plugged into a power outlet. In addition, you can check out our JBL Live Pro 2 TWS or JBL Live Free 2 TWS, as these models are Qi-compatible for wireless chargers.

Can I wear these in the shower?

Thanks for your question. Our JBL Reflect Aero TWS has an IP68 rating which means that it has protection against the effects of immersion in water under pressure for up to 30 minutes at depths of up to 1.5 meter/5 feet—including salt water.

Do the buds have an auto disconnect? Whenever I take them off and put them back in the charging case they stay connected to my phone and sometimes continue playing.

To prevent the likelihood of this issue, it is helpful to clean the charging contact of the earbuds periodically, as foreign matters can likely cause this issue. You can use a cotton swab dipped in rubbing alcohol to clean the charging terminals on the earbuds and charging case, then use a cotton cloth to remove any residue. Please ensure the earbuds are seated properly inside the case while charging. If you need more help, please reach out to our customer support for further assistance.
