Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great on the go! We are a huge JBL product supporter in our family. The Charge 4 seems the same as the charge 3 only a bit larger and it has a mono single speaker instead of a stereo dual speaker like the Charge 3. I probably prefer the smaller profile and better sound from the 3 but the 4 is still a perfect option for the beach and camping, etc. One improvement JBL can make overall is more power. The sound with any JBL product is always clean but it also feels like you should be getting a bit more power from all their products. Charge, Charge 3, Charge 4, Extreme2, Free Ear Buds... on another note JBL car audio subs are fantastic. quality built with plenty of power and reasonably priced.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent ear bud at a very attractive price point [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This a great new addition to the JBL lineup of ear buds. The noise isolating design works very well at eliminating background noise. I am using the medium sized eartips, they fit snug and comfortable. The battery life, 12 hours per full charge, is exceptional. I have not tested that completely, however they do last me a full 8 hour work day with no problem. I have used these for music mostly, but they also work great for team meetings with remote workers. Sound is crips and clear with plenty of bass. The only downfall is they do seem a little hard to get out of the charging case, you need to grab them just right.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Gym Buddy [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ive used these headphone on two occasions. First occasion is definitely at the gym. Its really important to me to have good sturdy earbuds when I work out because I hate constantly having to adjust them or one ends up falling out. These definitely fit snug in my ear and stayed in while I was running and jumping. I love that theres a touch feature so i can pause my music or answer a call without having to pick up the phone while Im working out. I also love that theres an ambient aware feature so if Im walking in the street I can still be aware of my surroundings. Ive used these during my teams meeting for work and I can hear everyone clearly. The sound is very "crisp". When listening to music there is a deep bass which I absolutely love. They don't take long to charge and one charge lasts me a few days depending on usage. The light indicators on the case would notify me if they need to be charged soon.

It was working good at first.The active noise cancelation is good but still you can hear what is happening around. With jbl app you can do some equalizer setup,that i found a great feature. But bass and sound is not much great but clarity is good. But the worst part is that , I nearly paid 100 dollars for this item, I could've choose some cheap earbuds like boat but i choose jbl and paid this much money because i wanted a durable and reliable item.But unfortunately after 3 weeks one of my earbud's magnet is gone!Now when i try to put it in the case its not fixing properly. When i close the case its not automatically disconnecting from my mobile like before. Am facing charging issues connection problem and i look for too much solutions, i send so many mail to jbl now am fedup. Never going to buy any jbl products again. 😕

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Short lived enjoyment Purchased a week ago and I was happy with their performance, battery life and interface with voice assistance, so initially very happy with the purchase. But after a week of use the right ear bud wouldn't connect to Bluetooth, wouldn't respond to touch inputs, no appears to not be charging, and has just stopped working. The left side will connect to my phone even when it's in the case and won't stay turned off after I turn it of via the app.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great sounding confortable earbuds [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I mainly liked is that i actually felt confortable by wearing this for long hours i did not felt tired or uncomfortable in my ear at all. Also i like how simple the design it can but without losing any great looks of it, i love the water and dust resistan since I’m using this to run, Noise cancelling really good and it is great that it is still having the ambient aware feature nice touch, and one of the thinks i love is the fast charge feature that i have not seen on any previous models great add there.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Charge 4 vs. # I have had Charge 3 and wanted to buy one more Charge to be able to listen STEREO, so I have decided to buy pair of Charge 4 as this is new model of Charge 3 and so I have expected that Charge 4 would have same features as Charge 3, but I´m disappointed with Charge 4 due to missing microphone, so Charge 4 cannot be used as an office speaker for conference calls due to absence of microphone. In addition and just to compare these 2 versions - in the box of Charge 4 man would be seeking for charger for ages, as simply charge is NOT included. Basically it feels like Charge 4 except the fancy body colours, which are great, does not offer anything beneficial among Charge 3. So I´m recommending you guys to purchase Charge 3, which is a FULL version and which I loved very much!!, while Charge 4 seems to be "CUT" version for JBL to gain more money for less production expenses. Sorry to say so, but this is the FACT.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Connectivity is key [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As much as I wanted to like these buds, it was impossible to do a proper review because of the consistent connectivity issues I had with them. They're comfortable, but a bit heavy for long listens. The sound is great, but more bass than I would have liked. But overall the biggest issue is the fact that I cannot get them to connect or stay connected. After multiple resets I still can't get them to play anything without putting them back in the case and taking them out again repeatedly. Also, not a fan of how these sit in the case. The backwards alignment makes it difficult to put them away or take them out. Wish these were better, maybe I got a bad pair?

Can I use these with my 2022 Macbook Air (Sonoma)? In the user guide it only shows pairing with Android, iPhone, and Windows PCs, so isn't it possible to connect to Macbook?

Do you sell case of Jbl Tune beam , just the case? because i lost my case and i just have the earbuds and i can't charge them and they just have 3month of use :( im really sad , because i really like them .

My right earbud is having issues. It cuts in and out and sound is garbled which affects the left earbud. I can listen with left earbud only, but any attempt to use the right earbud affects the left.

Thanks for reaching out. To determine the root cause, please check if the problem occurs at all volume levels or if the volume increases. Try connecting it with a different source device to see if the issue is source-driven. You can also try to see if it happens across multiple music applications or music libraries. Next, unpair or forget the JBL Tune Beam to your device and initiate a factory reset. To reset the JBL Tune Beam, double-tap the button on either side and hold it for 5 seconds on your third tap, then insert the earbuds inside the case to complete the reset. If the issue remains after resetting, please contact our Customer Support for further assistance.
