Rated 4 out of 5 by from CX True Wireless I don’t like things in my ear , so I usually wear headphones, but I decided that I’d give Sennheiser CX True wireless buds a go. The buds arrive in a small case with different types of fittings to make the buds fit comfortably in my ears.which they did.After getting used to the buds in the ear it was time for a sound test. With the name of Sennheiser on the , no need to worry! Excellent sound , comfortable fit and all controlled via the app. Yes I am happy with my purchase although I am still getting used to having the buds in my ears. Money well spent on a well made product. I would definitely purchase another pair..

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Not as good as thought I´ve had the "luck" of trying this product throught reviewclub and i though they where better then they where. These ear-buds where not my favorite, great sound but no ergonomic or comfortable, could not get them to fit my ears with any of the buds that came along in the package. And when trying to put them in the ear they slides out and you accidently pushed the touch-button on the bud. I tried to get them sorted for many hours and a couple of days, but no. I would actually not recommend these because of this issue. I rather have these with better ear-forms and no touch on the outside, then I think these would be awesome to have when working out and walking. • Not ergonomic • To easy to push the touch buttons

And given my previous experience with Sennheiser products I genuinely had no reason to believe they would not be. The sound quality I actually think is pretty good, as well as the microphone for phone and video calls. But apart from that they are just disappointing. Within not even a year of semi-regular use, they are now at a point where they no longer charge properly or don’t hold a full charge for longer than an hour of listening. They also disconnect at random far too often - sometimes completely for no reason. Given the price point of these earbuds, I must also admit that I have definitely bought cheaper ones from other brands, which still have been more reliable. Which all in all just makes these ones sub-par for me. Shame.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I ordered it because of tiktok, I’ve been using beats headphones and it sounded pretty good. With all the videos on tiktok, and reviews of sennheiser earphone on tiktok, I went ahead and ordered it. I was so excited to try it when it arrived. But playing for like an hour, the sound doesnt seem right, I downloaded thee app so i can adjust it but it is still not giving the sound that I am expecting. I got the CX true wireless. With that I returned it. I am disappointed and not happy about it.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from A Superb Wireless Headphone I've not had a ton of expierence with wireless headphones, but of all I've engaged with, these have had the best audio quality (and that's before adjusting the levels in their app). My only complaint would be their microphone, it picks up a lot of ambient/background noise (don't try talking on the phone in the wind), but that is not the reason for them being bought, so I shouldn't complain. Overall, a superb wireless headphone, especially for the price.

Noise cancellation quality is excellent. I have no complaints at all. I previously had a pair of Sennheiser wired earphones and had no hesitation on upgrading to wireless earbuds. Quality and speed of delivery was great. Only took 2 days from order date to arrive, Germany to Scotland. 5 stars all round. Thanks Sennheiser.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Having bought a cheap pair or earbuds recentley and finding they were totally useless and realising after having over the years of using sennheiser headphones I should have gone for sennheiser earbuds in the first place(CX TRUE WIRELESS). I have not been dissapointed they are excellent in every way,sound ,ergonomics ,looks and very good power holding,well done SENNHEISER i look forward to my next pair.
