Perfect for me, replaces several appliances.
I had a Brveille Kitchen Wizz, a blender and a juicer all taking up room in my cupboards. The plastic on the Wizz started disintegrating, (after 35 years sometihing had to go!). the juicer didn't have much capacity either. So I researched and found this. It is exactly the perfect item and stays on my kitchen bench, it beats eggs... it juices, it turns biscuits into crumbs for a the base of jelly slice and then also weighs the butter to go into that! Slices, dices, it is so wonderful that it had such a long guarantee, it will sure get a workout!

Product not backed up with basic parts
Bought this product 14 months ago and have been basically happy with it until the rubber seal for the glass blender broke. Just informed that De Longhi NZ does not stock the part rendering the blender useless. This raises significant questions about the service back up for Kenwood Products and any real commitment to environmental sustainability. So be wary.

Absolutely disgusted
Bought this 3 weeks ago. Was excited to try. Blender wouldn't blend 2 large tomatoes fast enough for a 1000W motor as even though it's 4 blade, the blade sits at the very bottom of the jar and is too small radius to blend finely. Finally had to add water to make it run and got a liquid puree rather than pure tomato as required for my recipe. 2nd bad experience with dough tool. Since both plastic blades are at the bottom it took a long time to make dough compared to my old philips 1000w food processor which broke after 12 yrs of use. And most of the dough was stuck to the bowl. Utter dismay and final straw .. thought I would try cutting French fry potato strip as shown on the box but wouldn't work as the potatoes are supposed to be manually pushed with the pusher and I sprained my neck trying to push it hard inspite of cutting the potatoes into thin slices. If it had to be done manually what's the point of buying a 1000w motor. Utter cheating and completely dismayed with such a stupid make. Won't recommend it to anyone. And definitely hoping to return this product and get refund.

Overall does a lot in one machine
It's quick at cutting everything I need. The only negatives I've found so far are that quite large chunks get stuck above the blade and don't go through when slicing and grating. When using the express and serve function, the pieces of food were flying around a bit. Overall though, it seems like a great machine with a lot of functions. No need to buy multiple appliances. I tested out every function in the first week. I'm looking forward to using it a lot more.

Great at what it does
Huge number of accessories, powerful enough to do what it says it will. Be warned, despite coming with a storage bag, you will need a lot of space to store this in the cupboard or on the shelf/bench. Great blender, but the thick, solid glass construction is heavy.

The Kenwood Multi Pro has been fantastic. Does everything I need it to and more. A helpful tip our sales lady told us was with any processor to make sure they are plugged into a surge protector plug at the powerpoint due to the constant change of speeds to take the pressure off the motors and your processors will last a lot longer 😊
