Blades aren’t metal
Fast delivery and very strong power settings. The blades are coated not actual metal just FYI. If I had of known that I would have bought proper metal ones.

Hand mixer & Pancakes
This is a great mixer - powerful motor good range of settings and it stands up on the bench ... unlike others that lay on their side .... the sleek beater attachments make it easy to whip the cream for my Sunday morning pancakes... I wish everyday was Sunday !!!

Good little mixer
I bought this on a whim as I still have a hand mixer but it's getting to an ancient old age now so time to have a new one I thought! I was pleasantly surprised with this one....it does a good job and I have no regrets. I did read a few negative reviews but on operation I have found them not to be so! One said the flour and stuff gets sucked up into the motor...well....I can't see that happening unless it's held at a really peculiar angle! Another said it was too fast on the lowest setting....this one I kind of agree with but if you know it's going to go fast out of the gate you can adjust yourself accordingly and not have a tornado of flour dust in the kitchen...It is strong and looks to be well made...I am happy with it. I have not yet used the dough hooks as I have a stand mixer I use for that...but good to know they are there if I need them one day! What I love about it is sometimes you don't want to use the stand mixer...you just want to mix one thing in a bowl or beat something quick without having to wash alot of things....it's a fantastic little helper in the kitchen!

Bit of a let down
I've had this machine for about a year. It's quite powerful and handles well. However the design of this mixer is awful. The air intake is at the front of the product and is near impossible to clean. Cake batter and flour gets stuck in the grill and is inaccessible in the rebate of the grill. I now loathe using it as it smells so "funky" when it's used. Something I wish I considered before purchasing.

Extremly Loud and takes forever to whisk
Not recommended at all. The mixer eo so extremley loud we couldn't talk or hear others in the room. Whisks are so small that it takes double the time of a usual hand mixer to beat the eggwhites. Returning this product.

Desire Matte handmixer
I used this once. Never again. TERRIBLE.
Really inferior.. I have replaced it.
Extremely noisy, and I mean EXTREMELY, low speed is far too fast (recipe called for slow), beaters fiddly to insert and dangerous to remoVE as no separate button so if power still on easy to switch back on and get caught in beaters, beaters quite tinny and even though speed is fast they are slow to actually beat mixture. Will not buy Russell Hobbs again.
