When we adopted a puppy from a local rescue center, we had no idea of the mess she would make when she insists on spending the day throwing a slobbery tennis ball all over our ceramic tile floors. But who can resist the smile of a puppy?! Bissell's cleaner perfectly lifts the stuck-on slobber dirt AND instantly disinfects the floor surface with hot steam. My arthritic hands especially appreciate the light weight of this steam mop -- so please continue making this model forever!

Great Steam Mop - Excellent!!! - Love it.....

I can say it works amazing with an equally amount of distributed steam. Having control over the amount of steam vs. just continuous steam works well for me. I have used this product now for a few weeks and I'm pleased with the results. I'm a clean freak... and this steam mop really makes a difference, I can see and feel the differences. Plus no more harsh chemicals to destroy our planet! Oh... it also made the amount of time that I would normally spend mopping the floors take less than half the time. I Love it... love it .. love it...

Just received it and have used it once. Worked fantastic!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Since I just received this steam mop and have only used it once, I'm hoping 6 months from now that I still love it!! I knew all the regular mops we have tried using the dish detergent, soda and vinegar mixture on our kitchen floors were not getting our floors clean!! I have tried every regular mop known to man but our floors never got clean!!! When my husband used the steam mop on our kitchen floor, it was amazing!!!! We had to wash the mop pad before we could mop any other floors. So... so far so good! I'll update you later on how well the mop is still working. I know some people have had problems with the trigger breaking so we are being very careful with it!

Steam Mop Good. Scrubbing Strip Pad Sucks.
Just wanted a simple steam mop without the smelly scents and gimmick attachments. Simple and easy to use. Fill water, pull trigger, and go. The microfiber mop pad works great, traditional Bissell smooth easy clean. Happy with this setup. CONS and gave it 3 Stars because: the Mop Pad with Built In Scrubbing Strips Sucks! It is so hard to push, gets stuck, the mop pad slides off instead of sliding forward. Constantly, No matter how tight I pull the string. And when I tried to just buy more traditional microfiber mops, I can't. Bissell only sells it 2 pack with the sucky scrubbing strip mop. Now I have to buy an off brand mop pad so I don't get the Sucky Scrubbing Strip Mop Pad. Bissell Sad gimmick to get rid of bad inventory.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just received this Steam Mop a week ago, so have not had a chance to see how well it will hold up. I'm very happy with it -- it does a good job, and I didn't expect any more than that. On the down side, it is unfortunate that it uses only water and warns against using aromatics, detergents, descalers or other chemicals. They do sell a "Steam Mop Scented Water-Eucalyptus Mint as an optional accessory, which I'm tempted to buy...but wait! That sounds like an "aromatic" additive, which they warn against.

Good Mop at a Good Price
I've used another brand of steam mop and I prefer this model. I especially like the triangular shape of the mop head - helps get into corners. Also, two washable covers, for different cleaning purposes, is an added plus.

Water Tank ring breaks everytime I use it
This is the 4th time I have used this and the 3rd time the ring that screws the tank in broke upon removing tank ! Disappointed! Totally annoyed!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love my new steam mop. I love the shape of the mop head, and how it fits into corners. I didnt realize how much dirt my swifter was leaving behind, and I have the good swiffer. Or so I thought anyways, and my mailman even asked how good it works when he delivered it, came back to ask how it works. It's so easy to use, that my 4 year old son helps me mop with it. The tank is small but I get my whole house done and dont even have to refill it. U have to wait for it to heat up for a min, but it produces quite a bit of steam. Definitely happy with my purchase. Shipping took a little under 2 weeks, but that's to be expected right now. Thanks bissell
