Great stick vac for a family with a big dog.
We have a golden retriever who sheds just from wagging his tail. I use this every day. Easy to use and empty. Great on the hardwood floors and carpets with the 2 different heads. 20 square house - 80% hardwood floor; carpet I clean on boost and hardwood on economy, occasionally runs out of charge, but I just interchange batteries and carry on. Not too heavy, easy to manoeuvre. Attachments are practical. Great quality product. Very happy with this, and easy for the kids to use.

Awesome quality made great for picking up cat fur!
Great suction, especially on Turbo mode. Picks up heaps more furbaby cat fur than our last vacuum. Fur and hair doesn’t get stuck wrapped around the roller on the carpet attachment. Easy to empty dirt bin. Goes from carpet to tiles no problem. One thing that would make it even better is lights along the front of the carpet head, so you don’t miss any dirt. Also if it had a utensil for poking into the dust to get it out of the bin that would be super handy. Because sometimes I have to use my fingers and that’s eww yuk! Surprisingly the dirt bin holds a fair amount before it needs emptying. Only got this vacuum about a month ago and am hoping for many years of use out of it. I would highly recommend this vacuum to anyone wanting a top quality cordless stick vacuum cleaner. Not cheap but well worth it.

Stopped charging after 2 months
I was gifted this as a housewarming present for my first home. The vacuum started off great. Good power, quieter than my dyson, easier to empty, convenient double battery. After just 2 months of use the vacuum has stopped charging even though the battery lights still flash. Would not recommend.

We thought our house was clean until we bought our L.G. A9N-MULTI. Then we realised just how much had been left behind by our previous stick vacuum. Dustbins full of dog hair and detritus were sucked from carpets, leaving them as good as new. Yet another amazing product from the reputable L.G. stable.

Clean well, some difficulty empty, attachment fail
Very please with the vacuum cleaner, it works really well and stays charged for a long time. I was replacing a Dyson which I'd been very happy with however this vacuum works as well and for longer. Works well on all surfaces, carpet, lino in my home. Only issue is the velvety strip on the small brush/hard attachment came off the first time I used it. I only use this attachment to clean my car, the Dyson had lasted the 7 years I had it but first time I used this attachment on the LG the strip came off. Worse I lost it, could not find it as I thought I'd just glue it back on but it's gone. It is also a bit hard to empty, I use a pipe cleaner to sure I get everything out of the barrel after each use. When you open the bottom most of the dust etc does not just fall out like with the Dyson. The pipe cleaner does get it out though.
So not completely happy but it does clean well, so far. I have only had the LG for a month and the Dyson lasted 7 years before any issues.

Happy overall
Loving the vac for our hardwood floors. Really impressed. And loads of runtime on normal setting. However if you have carpet I don't think the suction is enough, would need to be on turbo speed and then runtime is significantly reduced. Build feels a bit flimsy compared with my older Dyson but much better pickup on hardwood floors... always disappointed with accessories with any stick vac. Why oh why don't they make an attachment thin enough for window tracks. I don't have high hopes for the battery after reading other reviews, only time will tell. It is really quiet and fairly light an easy to maneuver.. So overall if you have hard floors. Go for it. If you have lots of carpet maybe stick to a dyson

Great product
Impressive cleaning performance comparing to my previous high end corded barrel made by a reputable German brand.
Easy to use though perhaps a little top heavy for some but this is only noticeable when lifting off the floor. Whilst on the floor it's easily manoeuvred to where you need it to go.
The two included floor tools perform very well. Battery life is as specified.
My only quibble would be the way the batteries charge in the stand (sequentially rather than simultaneously).
Cost of additional tools is slightly on the high side but not exorbitant.
Overall very happy.
