Don't buy if you have pets!
This product has a major design flaw in the cleaning heads. The head consists of three moving pieces, two of them can be taken out and cleaned, but - for unknown reasons - the third one cannot. The third is a small rubber wheel, that get easily clogged up by (pet) hair.
This means, every single week I have to painstakingly clean this rubber wheel by taking out hair by hair with a tiny plier. 5 minutes vacuuming and then 15 min making the wheel become unstuck.
This is such an obvious design flaw that I cannot help but think it is deliberate to get people to buy a new head once in a while.

My best ever purchase
I won't repeat other 5 star reviewers' comments as they're all spot on. Suffice to say, this vacuum cleaner has turned vacuuming from my biggest chore into a pleasant experience. With 3 dogs in the house, pet hair has always been a problem, but not anymore. The Jet removes virtually all hair even from my Kilim rugs, which have been a challenge to clean. Removing the dirt in the cleaing station is a breeze and since I have the cleaning station sitting in the living room (looking pretty fancy too), even multiple returns for emptying are easy. I used to drag myself to the cupboard to get the old vac out. Now it feels like I need my Jet fix everyday ;-). Expensive but well worth the investment!

Don’t waste your money!
Loved the vacuum and Samsung products generally until the vacuums motor blew during the first two months of purchase. I called Samsung and wasted countless hours and instead of being sent a new vacuum I had to go to a service centre for repair and assessment. 3 days later I get a call to advise that the motor was in fact blown and that the part was replaced. Upon picking up the vacuum I came home and noticed a whistling sound coming from the dock and the battery on the unit itself does not charge anymore. In other words there are now new faults to deal with that we’re not there previously. I called Samsung again expecting a new vacuum to be sent but no, an hour later and I need to await a decision from head office and it is very likely that I will need to go back to the service centre. Samsung products are great I till they are not.

I never thought I would love a vacuum cleaner...
I've never had cleaner floors! I have polished wooden floors and after vacuuming, the floors shine like they haven't done in years! This replaces a faithful but sadly broken Miele barrel cleaner, and the new technology certainly makes a difference! I love the clean station - I have a Dyson also, and one of the things I hate about it is emptying it, and getting the dust everywhere after you've just cleaned. The Samsung clean station solves that problem. The two batteries is great too. If you love super clean floors and hygienic emptying, this is the vacuum for you.

The Diva of Vacuum Cleaners.
I am 70+ yrs old and I ave had many vacuum cleaners in my lifetime including the most popular brands and This has to be the diva of all vacuums. It looks so good that one can put it anywhere in the house it doesn't have to be hidden in the laundry or closet, and on top of that it performs very well. It does the job as well as any vacuum cleaner I've ever had and also mops the floor. When finished cleanering just put it back on its stand and it empties all the dust and debri from the cylinder into a sealed dust bag. Wonderful, no more dust particles flying around. I also love the caddy that holds all the tools and the extra battery that is charged through the caddy, and its so light and easy to carry around, wonderful accessory. I love this vacuum cleaner it is well designed for todays modern living and I highly recommend it to anyone who is in need of a very good new vacuum cleaner.

I would love to say this product is fabulous, like so many others. It started off just great & I loved it.
However we have had 2 now & for whatever reason they have both just stopped working. The first time, back in Feb '23, we were told it needed a new part, but this took forever to arrive, so in the end HN gave us a new one.
Once again I was really happy with it & it has lasted less than 5 months before this has died on us again! I have fully charged the batteries & swapped these over, but no, it still won't go. So, it's going back to HN again & this time I will purchase a different brand as I can't deal with another breakdown after a few months.

Lasting cleaning power
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I upgraded from the Dyson V8 to the Samsung Jet Elite extra vaccum, as I was finding the Dyson to no longer have enough power to last longer than 10-15 minutes of cleaning (and that was on the low setting)! The Jet Elite Extra comes with TWO batteries and a handy accessory stand. I can now thoroughly vaccum the floor and take the time to clean other surfaces all in the one cleaning session. The rotating head with the pads I am yet to utilise, but will come in incredibly handy for a quick clean of the high traffic areas. Very glad I upgraded
