Certainty
With Product CareTM you have certainty that your product is covered for a specific period of time. If, during the Product CareTM term, your product fails to operate as a result of an Eligible Fault*, we will provide a one-off replacement of Your Product.

1, 2, 3, or 4 year protection terms available for eligible products.
Type of Cover
With Product CareTM You have certainty that your product is covered for a specific period for an Eligible Fault and that you will obtain a replacement product.
Coverage for an Eligible Fault*
This may include mechanical, electrical and/or electronic failure which becomes apparent from normal use of your product over time, or involves condensation, humidity, corrosion caused by airborne sulphur, internal overheating and dust.
All freight and service call out fees covered
If your product suffers an Eligible Fault, all freight and service call out fees related to assessment, replacement or repair of your product are covered.
Transferable
If you sell or gift your product with Product CareTM, your Product CareTM and any unredeemed benefits of your Product CareTM can be transferred to the new owner of your product.

not worth buyingI bought this unit for my salon, so frustrating, every time a client leaves a voicemail, it going to the loudspeaker for all to hear. Cannot turn this function off. Also the ringing volume is very loud and cannot be turned down, so we have to mute the ring tone! Would not recommend at all.

Great productBought this to replace the same one we had that got zapped in a storm, this allowed us to use our old handsets and range extender. The Bluetooth function is great as you can answer your mobile with it as well as down load your contacts from phone

Great featuresI bought this phone because we were being connected to the NBN and it has given us the flexibility to use the phone at all corners of the house. It was very simple to transfer all my contacts from my mobile phone via Bluetooth. I am also able to pickup incoming calls on my mobile which is great. The only downside is the quality of the speaker it is not as clear as I expected on a phone of this class. I really like the caller ID feature as it speaks the name of the caller. I am yet to explore all the features on the phone but so far I am Really impressed.

The best cordless phone on the marketI am very happy with this because I can link this to my iPhone via Bluetooth and charge my iPhone via the USB Charging Port also, I can import my Phonebook from my iPhone as well.

We aim to dispatch orders within 2 days. Delivery costs are calculated based on your location and the size of your order. Furniture may take up to 8 weeks to deliver as most products are made specifically for your order. Some Customer Direct products are shipped from overseas and may take longer to arrive. Some goods may take longer to deliver if a product is currently not in stock. A staff member will contact you where this occurs.

If you feel your product has failed a Consumer Guarantee (as defined by New Zealand Consumer Law) then don't worry you can easily return it to your local Harvey Norman store.
