Very happy with my product Alexa very nice music easy to use and very happy with my purchase
Only disappointment was my click and collect service when I was notified about it’s ready to pick up and you can push the notification you have arrived at the store and they will bring to you in the car once you submit your car rego number amd confirm you have arrived I did all that and I was waiting in my car for 15 mins and no one came so I decided to go instore to get it I shouldn’t have to but I waited long enough and they were at the counter and I told them my name and they were not busy then they went out in the collection point to get my Alexis product I was not happy about the service I received from The Tauranga Harvey Norman store it was not good

Hello Smart Home!
This is our second Alexa device and it is so useful, easy to setup and get going, paired with Alexa enabled motion sensors and lights, for full automation, including voice control.
Alexa is helpful and informative, her dad jokes are a bit dry though, she can rap which is funny, great fun for all the family!

Easy to setup although some apps don't work that well but that is more of an issue with the app rather then the actual product. Asking Alexa questions is pretty funny. Handy for setting timers and general home automation
