Great product!
Works really well. Easy to set up and very useful. Sound quality is not brilliant but more than adequate. Other Nest products have batter quality sound if that's important to you.

updated my GHM to NM hoping for a better response but I usually have to repeat "hey google" twice or more, I even changed to a higher sensitivity but there's little improvement...

Excellent service and product
The mini nest is so much fun you all should try it. The service at Harvey Norman's Frontline staff at Mount Maunganui was excellent. The young lady cashier was extremely helpful.

We have four mini's scattered through our home. Great little unit, with surprising sound for their size. They do drop out and have to be reconnected on the rare occasion though.

It's good, many functions, but sometimes (a lot) it doesn't pick up my voice, so I have to restart it (unplugging and plugging back in). Overall it is a great product. 4 stars.

Keeps getting unpaired not a good at all. Kept diagnosing it it didn’t work. Also another problem is it never gets what I’m saying gets all the song that I wanna play wrong.

Ok as a secondary device
Prefer to use the full Nest Hub with screen or Nest Hub Max. Put this in as a secondary device. (Two actually). My advice is spend the extra and put a full Nest Hub in.

Unlinks all the time
It unlinks constantly, like every 2 days or so. So often that I finally unplug it and let it collect dust. The first gen is definitely more reliable and never unlinks.

I enjoy my nest mini. Upon polite request it tells me Dad jokes. Also turns off the fan when I'm too ill to get out of bed. Even keeps an ear out if I'm out, I'm told.

Needs Improvement
Google nest Needs improvement to work with xbox one. All Google nest does with Xbox one is turn it on and off. It should turn up and down the volume and much more.

Keep on disconnecting from wifi
Keep on disconnecting from wifi which is Google Nest Wifi. Reported to Google Support mid 2020 and was told it is a known issue but no fix has been made available
