However, I've find it extremely difficult to get ahold of the three necessary replacement items (filter, sponge, and sticker). I see one store (not Harvey Norman) has the filters, but no sponge and sticker. I tried to just let it run but it is now not pumping as well. I find it quite annoying that Harvey Norman supplies the product but not the replacement parts that need to be changed every two months. Now I can't find the parts it has just become a hunk of junk sitting in my living room due to it not working without the replacement parts. If I could get the parts in NZ I would love it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great smart device for pets Perfect for busy pet parents - we don’t need to worry about them running out of water, or the water going stale as it tells us when it needs changing. Super easy to set up and manage. One of the dogs didn’t take to it straight away, so a few bits of their favourite food put on top of the fountain worked a treat - they realised what it was and now love it.

Even changing the containers didnt help we tried metal, porcelain, plastic etc. Now they are finally happy to drink the cool fresh water available.
