Convient to useThe ability to use a fingerprint to unlock the door is what I like the most. Secondly the automatic locking feature is great. I no longer have to be concerned if the door is left unlocked when I leave. However, it would be nice if the automatic locking feature could be disabled. It offers many features I have not taken advantage of yet, such as a temporary access code. I had a locksmith install it although after watching the locksmith do the install, I would probably install the next one myself. Overall I am very happy with this lock.and would not hesitate recommending it to a friend.

Best secured features and companyLockly is a company with a great product. IAs an engineer I researched many door locks before I bought the secure plus deadbolt. The most impressive feature is the finger print scanner. It's quick and accurate. We never use our phone to unlock the door because the finger print scanner is so quick.
They also stand behind their product. I had a screen go bad because of extreme exposure to sunlight. Lockly replaced the lock without making me jump through hoops and provided me a free screen visor to protect the screen. We were so impressed with the lock and customer service, we bought another one for our rental property. I definitely recommend buying this lock. Nothing else on the market works as well.

Lockly Lock with Fingerprint, Code, or Key...I installed this at my brothers house in Southern California. What a good choice. I replaced an aging door lock that needed more tech. This lock fit the bill. I mainly wanted to use this for the fingerprint option, but its also nice to know that it has a code that rotates, as well as a key if all else fails. The app is great, the fingerprint opening is fast and flawless. Some of the other reviews said the finger print doesn't work great when wet, not really sure about that. Never had an issue (have 4 different fingerprints loaded), and don't lick my fingers before opening anyway. A great product, and super easy to use to get into your house....

Update - Finger print sensor + supportAn update / First of all, I want to thank Genevieve for her excellence in customer care.
The finger print sensor of the lock seems to be functioning inconsistently.
Other than the finger sensor unlocking; all the other functions work seamlessly.
Genevieve provided a step by step instruction to trouble shoot the issue.
The instructions were clear. Unfortunately, it did not work in this particular case.
A video was created to demonstrate the workings of the issues.
To make a long story short, Genevieve resolved the annoyance.
Overall, we love the lock for the quality, ease of use and its capabilities.

Looks great, works well but...Bought a Venetian Bronze lock that came with nickel deadbolt plate and deadbolt reciever plate. Why would you send silver hardware to go with a bronze fixture?
Auto lock feature is a great idea, but it it also locks when the door is open. I'm proabably not the only oerson who has almost (or did) shut the door with the deabolt extended. Add a sensor like an accelerometer with a directional swing count or a magnetic sensor (like a door position switch) in the deadbolt plate & reciever maybe??
Not very ecstatic about the bluetooth only but I understand from a security/proximity/non-connected stance. How about a Yubikey fido2/u2f auth wifi connection?

Great Security for home![This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The installation of the Lockly Secure Plus entry lock had easy instructions and went in quickly. I was able to install the deadbolt, download the app and program the system in around 45 minutes. The fingerprint entry as well as key code option is great and the basic keyed lock is the third layer of options for access. With the phone app I can let family or pet care people in when they are at the door and I am not available at the home and lock the home behind them with no worries. If I forget to set the deadbolt, there is a timer that will bolt the door to secure the home. This is a great entry locking system!

Very pleased... one concernWe have been very satisfied with our lockly installation. In our commercial setting we have installed 7 locks both in exterior and interior settings. We own a mixed use building with retail, coworking and Airbnb business so many use cases were presented and all addressed. Our only challenge has been the locka installed on the retail doors. We can not get the auto lock feature to remain disabled. This has been a significant problem.
We aim to dispatch orders within 2 days. Delivery costs are calculated based on your location and the size of your order. Furniture may take up to 8 weeks to deliver as most products are made specifically for your order. Some Customer Direct products are shipped from overseas and may take longer to arrive. Some goods may take longer to deliver if a product is currently not in stock. A staff member will contact you where this occurs.

If you feel your product has failed a Consumer Guarantee (as defined by New Zealand Consumer Law) then don't worry you can easily return it to your local Harvey Norman store. can this lock be used on a glass door with aluminium frame?

Hi there, thanks for your question. You are not required to drill a hole in your door. Double sided adhesive tape is supplied for you to help stabilize the lock during installation. You can drill a hole if you wish to have added stability. So this can definitely be used with a glass door with aluminium. However we do recommend enquiring with a qualified installer prior to installing this. Hope this helps!
