Effective, Efficient, Works
The VS Sassoon Frizz Defence Straightener for me is a game changer and I’ve kissed frizzy hair GOODBYE. I cannot wait to try out the rest of the range, especially the Brush. What I love most is that fact that my hair still feels healthy and soft even after using it. I have recommended this to my fellow Curl Friends with Frizzy Hair and they too cannot wait to try it. This wonderful Straightener worked wonders on my very Kinky/Coily Hair and I’m just in awe and inlove.

Disappointed Customer
I’m sorry to say that I returned the Straightener and got myself a different brand. I was really drawn to the VS one in the shop and all it offered but on using it the next day, found it to be not very ‘user friendly’. It kept losing heat and turning off. I felt the reason for this was because the controls were right where I was holding the product to be able to Straighten my hair, it was rather frustrating. I thought I’d be able to deal with it, so tried holding it differently but it still kept losing heat and turning off. So I returned it and got another brand, that doesn’t have the control right where you hold onto it.

A nice product
I got my straightner very fast it was really unexpected.such a quick delivery never happened. I do a lot of online shopping a few times I had to chase or write a few emails to track down my delivery even when the delivery is from within New Zealand. I used my straightner, it was my first purchase VS Sassoon brand. I really like it. I had a little bit of issue when I started using it .the reason is the heat settings and on button is located at the same place where the hand goes to hold the straightner. The temp. can easily go up and down when the hands gets on to the straightner handle. But now I know how to tackle it so longer that's an issue. Thanks VS Sasson for making a frizz defense hair straightner that makes my life easy.

Poorly made!!!
My good straighteners finally stopped working so I needed a cheaper pair to get me through until the new ones arrived. About 3 weeks ago I purchased the frizz defense!!!
What were you thinking when you made these? Firstly they aren’t too bad at straightening them hair, however….. The controls are in the worse spot ever, as you can not place your hand on them without turning the temperature either up or down, there is no light on the control panel so you can’t see if they are off or on not what temp they are set on. They get super hot and I have burnt my hand and fingers I don’t know how many times!!!!

TERRIBLE BUT I CANT RETURN IT
I bought this 2 days ago (I was rushing as the stores were closing) and upon using it I found it had a very impractical design. First off, there is no lock for easy storage. Secondly, the on/off buttons are really difficult to press so i struggled to turn it on and off. THIRDLY the control buttons for the temperature are so badly placed. It’s located right where one would usually hold the straightener and every time I try to use it, I would end up pressing a button and end up using the lowest setting >:( this makes it really inefficient .

Such a great product!
I’m so happy with how easy and great this product is to use. It heats up quickly and other straightening products leave my hair feeling dry and dull. The VS Sassoon straightener leaves my hair feeling soft, voluminous and frizz free every time. This is now an essential to my hair tool collection.

Frizz Defence Hair Straighter
