Are you able to remove the shelves of this Fridge?

How do you defrost the wine fridge.  Mine has ice at the back of wooden shelf 2 (counted from the top).  The ice has gone along the vents at the back and onto the wooden shelf.  Hope you can help.

Thanks for your question Michelle. There isn't a specific defrost option or how-to process in the instructions. We have been advised that the best way to defrost the wine chiller is to turn the appliance off and leave the door open until the ice build-up is gone. You may need to the area where the unit is housed has sufficient airflow for the operation of the unit, and your temperature settings. Hope this helps!

Is the first temperature for the top and the 2 nd one for the bottom

Thanks for a great question Bob. Yes, that's correct. The first is for the top, second is for the bottom. To the left of the indicators is the zone switch which will allow you to adjust the temperature of the relevant zone if needed using the arrow keys. Pressing the zone switch button again will set the temperature in that zone. Hope this helps!

Hi there, does this unit have a security lock on it.

Thanks for your question Brute. The control panel is locked by default. You can unlock the control panel on the inside by pressing both the Power and Lighting buttons for 3 seconds or until a beep is heard. This model does not have an external security lock. Hope this helps!
