Look great, but performs poorly
We have had an Electrolux 9kg heat pump dryer for over a year now. It does not dry the clothes properly, but switches off before they are fully dry, which you cannot override, even if you choose the most dry setting. If you put in completely wet garments it will dry adequately but the machine does not completely dry partially damp clothes that are put in (if you took them in off the line) and will only stay on for maybe 3 minutes, before switching off with them still damp. It is so annoying, and takes repeated starts to add extra drying time, or you need to hang them in front of a heater to finish them off. Would not buy this dryer again.

Works great
We have a three month old and decided to upgrade from an old vented dryer to make the massive increase in washing loads a bit easier to handle.
This dryer does a great job - the reverse cycle function is hard to find in heat pump dryers and makes a real difference. We also stacked this on top of our washer for space and can now run dryer loads both in sequence and in parallel to washing loads. The room also doesn’t heat up with the dryer and it’s quite a bit quieter. We’ve probably done a dozen loads now, from sheets to mixed loads, towels, and an infinite number of baby onesies and socks.
We’re actually on top of the washing now.

Love this dryer.
I have this dryer for a out 2 weeks now and have done 14 drying cycles. Used a number of programs I.e energy saver, mixed+, denim, duvet, wool, and bedding.
With cupboard dry setting, clothes come out dry, soft and warm. I have read that with some heat pump dryers you still feel a bit of dampness but not with this EDH913R9WB dryer. I have dried 2 oodies in it and it came out perfectly dry and fluffy. In the bedding mode, I did one queen size quilt cover, 2 queen bedsheets and 3 pillow cases. Came out dry and no tangled mess. Love the reverse plus functionality.
It seems that a few programs do reverse tumble, not just bedding program like other dryer brands. So clothes come out tangle free and I think it helps with drying as well.
The advanced sensor certainly lives up to its billing as I typically mix clothes, some very thick and some light clothes. So far I have not encountered any pieces that were not dry.
Only couple of complaints : a) the app which is flaky and limited in functionality. Also you can only see a limited list of usage history. App developer should allow download of more usage history.
b) wifi got disconnected half way though a cycle and wifi icon is just blinking.
From my measurement it uses around 1.1 to 1.4kw/h for each drying cycle. Hopefully it gets better when ambient temperature increases.
