Door not reversableThe FAQ on website says doors are reversable but for some reason their top of the range model all the info on how to do it is missing.
I looked at the exact same model for the American version and sure enough its easily reversed and there is nothing really different about their model.
When I followed the same instructions it looks like a simple case of in the american version they cut the holes the same both sides. In the NZ version it looks the same but the holes are smaller and you cant get the door lock mechanism out.
This seems like a massive flaw.

Hopeless with sheets/tableclothsI bought this drier especially to dry large sheets & tablecloths. It is totally useless for this job. Within 5 minutes I end up with a 'log' of cloth as even in bedding mode the dryer only turns one way. A technician looked at it yesterday and said "not all driers have a reverse cycle". So now stuck with a very expensive drier that I have to pause every 5 minutes and pull the cloths out and untangle.

Must have item[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this few months ago. This is perfect for winter in Melbourne can't live without this intelligent dryer and so much quicker mostly fully dried within 2 hours very evenly and it will notify me when it's finished through samsung tv and mobile phone.
I also have matching washer too, they are perfect match look so nice in laundry.
Thanks to the new technology system!!
Hybrid heat pump dryer is so efficient as my power bill is not much different compared to before using this dryer. Highly recommended.

The app is rubbish, buy something that doesn’t useI bought this just over a year ago because i needed a large volume heat pump dryer. This was the biggest option i could find. The app that goes with this is completely useless, but worse still is that you can only access some functions (such as delayed start) through the app. So if the app is bringing up the error message ‘planner server data is NULL’ then too bad, you are stuck with the limited options on the machine’s dials. I’m not looking forward to how rubbish the controls will be in a few years time. Get something else if you can. One star for the fact that it does actually dry things.

Poor product and many problems, not efficientOriginally it was working like a dream machine, but after 18months it started giving problems. The machine would run for hours and not dry my clothes. It then got repaired, and seemed to be working ok for a few weeks until noticing issues again. Running again for extending hours wasting power and money. It would dry towels for two hours and then add another hour+ when the cycle should be done. The sensors malfunction as the towels are dry upon inspection, but the machine just want to keep going on and on. This machine is not energy efficient, claiming 9 stars is a lie. The technician was out again, saying no fault codes, so now I am stuck with this expensive machine not adding the value to my home. Very disappointed, don't buy one.

Efficient, effective and huge capacityThis dryer is quieter than my washing machine. You can either hook this dryer up to drains, or water can be collected in a tank. I keep in the garage as my laundry is very small, and therefore use the tank which is very easy to empty after each use. The AI dry function is excellent which will sense when your clothes are dry. Love my new dryer!
