So SoHave a number of issues with this machine.
-You can't choose cold wash even though it is on the display. Best I can do is 30°.
-Despite being level it shakes like crazy and wants to walk across the floor with relatively small loads at 1200rpm untill the water hoses stop it from going further risking hose breakage.
-Cannot choose pre wash or extra rinse unless I am using one of the programs over 60 minutes.
-You can't choose your own favourite wash cycle but only input an existing wash as your favourite which kind of makes it surplus to requirements if you can't make up your own wash cycle to use as favourites. Use

My New Washing MachineWe waited to get this new washing machine to replace an old top load washer that gave up after 20 years of service. We selected this model because we like the design and has a black glass door and 9 kg capacity. We tried to use it immediately and found that it was easy to set up and use. It was amazing to know that it was very quiet and alert you when the washing cycle is completed. We did about 10 washes on the day after it was delivered and were very happy and satisfied with how it works. We are happy to recommend it to anyone and it does not need too much detergent and water. Good buy for any family.

Simple to useI purchased this machine as I decided after 50 years of washing to try a front loader. I purchased this machine after researching 15 different front loaders. I wanted low water consumption.low electricity rating. The only problem is I can’t get a cold water wash for 60 minutes. For some reason none of the brands give you the timings of washing loads . They all give a program chart but this machine was the closest I could get to a cold water wash at 20* on a 60 minute wash. Happy with machine so far but only used for 4 weeks.

Rating my new Electrolux 9kg front loaderI have been very happy with this machine. It has suited my needs. I love being able to open the door when a piece of clothing has been forgotten. It’s a very quite machine. I love having the extra room. I would really recommend it.

Dame WashalotI have waited a year before writing this because I wanted to be sure and give the machine time to evaluate it. I live on a farm and have a husband and 4 boys who luv playing footy. The clothing is filthy when it goes in but clean enough to wear to a meeting!! The woollen cycle is fabulous I can wash woollen blankets in the machine and the cold option is a bonus. It has lots of options to suit my needs. Overall very happy with my purchase.

Noisy, but washes wellI’ve had the machine for about a month now, and it’s super loud by making a loud buzzing sound when it’s on the wash cycle. The drum also starts to jostle and make a “squeaking” noise when it’s about to start the spin cycle. The buzzing has been there since I first got it and it’s been doing it ever since no matter how many times I adjusted the feet or evenly distributed the laundry. It also chugs really bad when it empties the drum.

Seems to work really wellWe have had this for around six months now. After a major renovation, including our laundry, and given the spec limitations we decided to ditch our old top-loader and move to a front-loader for the first time in our lives. We haven't had any reason to complain.
The range of options available are vast and we generally stick to Mixed or our programmed Favourite cycle. The ability to add time for the prewash to work, and to adjust the spin speed, are both really handy.
The only 'failure' that we have had was with some bathroom floor mats that we washed. I suspect that there actually enough weight for the machine to balance for the spin cycle so that kind of failed and I ended up just taking them out, hand-wringing them, and then hanging them to dry.
We have cleaned the pump filter a few times. The instructions made it look hard but it was actually fairly easy.

Ease of use & great features.The new 2021 model Electrolux Ultimatecare 500 9kg is very easy to use. There is a wide range of wash cycle and temperature setting option which are simple and easy to use. One wash cycle is done in just 60 mins. The machine is very quiet and stable. The washing comes out very clean and fresh. One of the best feature of the machine is the drain pump, it is easily accessible for cleaning and maintenance.
We aim to dispatch orders within 2 days. Delivery costs are calculated based on your location and the size of your order. Furniture may take up to 8 weeks to deliver as most products are made specifically for your order. Some Customer Direct products are shipped from overseas and may take longer to arrive. Some goods may take longer to deliver if a product is currently not in stock. A staff member will contact you where this occurs.

If you feel your product has failed a Consumer Guarantee (as defined by New Zealand Consumer Law) then don't worry you can easily return it to your local Harvey Norman store.
