Hugely disappointedBought this machine 2 months ago and it just stopped working suddenly. Incredibly disappointed with the level of customer service from Samsung, no update from them despite chasing multiple times. This is well under guarantee and we just can’t get anywhere with the customer service team. So disappointed to say the least. We bought this machine as well as the Samsung dryer at the same time, they’re not cheap items and we thought we were buying great quality and would get great support if anything went wrong. Would not recommend.

Loving my new 16kg Bubblewash Washing MachineLove my new 16kg Bubblewash Machine, works very well and highly recommend it to others. everything comes out nice and clean, I love the fact that I've connected all of our samsung products and a notification pops up on our TV letting us know that the load has finished washing, it has a long song/tone at the end of the cycle to let you know it has finished, I am very happy with it and it is easy to use and the most used wash cycle selections move further up the list so they are found faster which is great, I use the bubble wash feature the most

Best purchase ever![This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I imagined a 16kg washing machine I thought it would be big and bulky but it's completely not the case! I cant believe how energy efficient it is and I only have to do 1 big load compared to 3-4 loads if I was to use a smaller machine. I no longer need to go to the laundromat to wash my big doonas which is a huge plus for me as well. Another feature I love is that I can monitor my load via the app and it works so well with with the matching dryer. I have been recommending this product to all my family and friends!

It's not as good as you hopeI bought this washer 6 months ago. It has two things going for it - it is the biggest on the market and it washes laundry. The dials on this machine are rubbish if you want it to do anything so fancy as delay the wash. The app is worse. Being a 'smart' appliance, it is guaranteed to break long before it should because of an issue with the computer. It does fit a huge load of kingsize bedlinen, but we split it up into smaller washes anyway because it takes 4+ hours to do a big wash which doesn't leave enough time to get it dry. It is not particularly energy or water efficient. The only redeeming feature is that if you have allergies and you NEED to be able to fit a king size quilt in, it will probably do it. Other than that, you are better off just choosing from a decent washer in the 10-14kg range.
