Super efficient, quiet, great interior
Fridge is about 2 months old. No frost in either section. Food near back wall of fridge section stays at a good temp and doesn't freeze. Cools quickly after loading groceries, very quiet and doesn't run very often (thick walls and doors). Very happy with door storage, shelving, crisper size and freezer section. Great way to maximise a small kitchen unable to take a full height fridge - at a fraction of power use of smaller fridges.
Only complaint is related to self closing doors. Unit is levelled and tilted per instructions. Doors will swing from wide open to a gap of about 7 cm but will not fully close automatically from any wider gap than about 3 cm.

No-Nonsense HiSense
Only 5 stars max, this fridge is 7 stars.
DAY 1: I put an energy meter on, it used 150 watts. That explains the power use rating that seemed too high. Later it went to 80 or 70 W. It stayed on most the time.
DAY 2: 60 W
DAY 3: 35 W
DAY 4: 25 W. Turns off more, about 2/3 of the time.
The temp indoors was mid 20's. It uses 25 W if below about 22, and 35 W up to the max so far of 25.
So .6 kWh per day.
My older one nearly the same size did over 2kWh.
I don't use the feet to tilt the fridge. It's nice and straight. And the door is made to handily stop from closing, so you'd have to manually close it anyway.

Very poorly made
Fridge arrived and once unpacked we saw damage on the back around the wheel. Would have been at factory, as packaging was fine. Replacement fridge came and the freezer did not work well. All our frozens had to be thrown away, they went soft. Next fridge delivered and that one had some lifting of the veneer on the freezer door. Not much, but hey, this is a brand new fridge so we requested a replacement. Replacement door has just arrived. Unpacked it, and it has damage - a dent on the corner of the door just on the inside. Probably would work okay, but hey - this is a brand new fridge. Monday job - contact the sales manager again.

Great Fridge/Freezer for an off grid system.
Great looking fridge. Super efficient 7 star rating which is perfect for our off grid solar system. Lots of storage in the deep door shelves. Ice cube trays can be a little fiddly, but are a great addition. A welcome upgrade from our previous basic low power fridge.

Perfect price for the quality and energy rating
So far so good for now. I think that it was a perfect purchase because of the quality, price and the energy rating. I need more time to try it.
I want to leave an awesome review for the delivery order, came super fast. I bought online on a Sunday night and by the next Tuesday morning was at home.

Good 7 star fridge
Have had for one month. Picked it as 7 stars and read reviews about other inverter fridges having a high pitched noise, cant hear any from this (and we are 3 people in early 30's m and f). Really happy with how quiet it is, have heard it once when I came out to grab a drink at 3 am. Good and spacious, keeps everything cold. Delivery happened very quickly too!

A solid, well built reliable fridge for an amazing price. If all you want is a fridge without all those addons that break, this is the best fridge you can get. Nothing else comes close to the energy efficiency or price, let alone the build quality. Honestly shocked how far Hisense has come

I like my new fridge. It’s cool (literally)
Am happy with my purchase! The fridge is quiet, spacious in the fridge compartment and the design is lovely and sleek. It runs colder than my previous fridge, and hopefully the 6 star energy rating helps reduce my power bill, ha.
