Exceptional service
This review pertains to the service from the Harvey Norman staff in Timaru, namely Amber and Saurabh. It was exceptional and I was impressed! Saurabh took the time to contact me about the product selection having identified that I may have selected the wrong combination of charger and cord - he was correct, and this was rectified at the point of dispatch (rather than finding that I had to return a product with the resulting time and effort and handling it would generate). Well done team Saurabh and Amber.

Good charging cable length at 2 metres
Good length at 2m long! I’m hoping to avoid the slitting that all my other Apple cables have suffered. Giving it 4 stars due to my history with Apple charging cables and how they expire over time, although they are heavily used so probably fair enough!

Genuine Apple product the best
Having trouble charging my iPad during lockdown using a non genuine cable, I purchased this apple one. It worked a treat and I am relieved I don’t now need to get my iPad replaced or repaired. Valuable lesson learned.
