Seamless online ordering and delivery process. I was particularly impressed with the delivery process for 2 reasons: (1) I had to re-schedule and this was easily done, (2) the delivery was done on a day when our road was unexpectedly closed. The delivery guys had to walk some distance to make the delivery - on a cold and wet winter day. They did this without complaint.
